These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NegiFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NegiFlow provides a workspace for building and running automated workflows, including AI-assisted content generation, scheduling, publishing, and connections to third-party platforms and integrations you choose to enable. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful or deceptive content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' workspaces;
• Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose; or
• Use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to or generate through your workspace ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content and for any content you choose to publish through connected third-party accounts.

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts (for example, social or publishing platforms). Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions. You can disconnect an integration at any time from your workspace's Integrations page.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NegiFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
